The automatic adjustable c u profile roll forming machine, also known as a stud and track roll forming machine, is an automated production line designed to manufacture metal C-shaped (stud) and U-shaped (track) profiles used in construction for drywall systems, partition walls, and light steel framing. This machine efficiently transforms metal coils into precise structural components through a continuous cold-forming process.

Key advantages include high-speed production (60 meters/minute), quick adjustment between profile sizes, and options for auto-stacking to reduce manual handling. The machine supports materials like galvanized steel or aluminum, with thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.9mm, making it ideal for high-volume, precision-driven manufacturing.

Uncoiler: Put the steel coil on it for feeding raw material.

 

Entry Beach: Put the raw material (steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process.

Hydraulic Station: Oil cylinders and oil pumps adopt national standard rod oil cylinders, easy to purchase all over the world.

Main Roll Forming Machine:In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear box transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment.

Servo system cutting: The servo motor drives the tracking system, which sets the product length by measuring the length with a counter or locating the product length with a photoelectric switch hole.

Stacker: An automatic stacker neatly bundles the finished profiles, ready for packaging and shipment, further enhancing efficiency and reducing handling damage.
