The roofing sheet machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed to manufacture roofing tiles efficiently and in large quantities. It utilizes a roll forming process, which involves continuously feeding a flat sheet of metal or other roofing material through a series of rollers to shape it into a specific profile.

Uncoiler: Holds and unwinds the metal coil (steel, aluminum, or zinc).Features a mandrel (expandable shaft) to secure coils, a braking system to control tension, and optional motorized drives for heavy coils.

Entry Guide & Straightener:

Straightening Rolls: A set of adjustable rollers removing coil curvature (camber) and residual stresses.
Edge Guiding System: Ensures the strip enters the forming section centered.

 

Hydraulic Station: Oil cylinders and oil pumps adopt national standard rod oil cylinders, easy to purchase all over the world.

Roll Forming Section

Forming Stands:

A series of paired rolls (typically 10–30+ sets) mounted on a rigid frame (housing). Each stand incrementally bends the strip.
Rolls are CNC-machined from hardened steel for durability.
