Product Description

A hat channel roll forming machine is a specialized piece of industrial equipment designed for the continuous and high-volume production of hat channels, which are C-shaped metal profiles widely used in construction for lightweight structural framing, particularly in concealed grid gypsum ceiling systems and wall framings.

This furring channel machine usually include a decoiler to hold the metal coil, a guiding device for alignment, the forming stations with hardened steel rollers (often made from materials like No. 45 forged steel or Cr12), and a cutting mechanism (such as a hydraulic or servo-driven cutter) that shears the continuous profile to the required length .

Uncoiler: Put the steel coil on it for feeding raw material.

Entry Beach: Put the raw material (steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process.

Main Roll Forming Machine:In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear box transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment.

Servo system cutting: The servo motor drives the tracking system, which sets the product length by measuring the length with a counter or locating the product length with a photoelectric switch hole.
