The production process typically involves several key stages: a decoiler to hold and feed the steel coil, a leveling unit to straighten the material, a punching system (often hydraulic or servo-powered) to create precise holes or slots for assembly, a roll forming section where a series of progressive rollers (usually 20 to 28 stations) gradually shape the flat strip into the desired U or C profile, and a flying shear that cuts the continuous profile to pre-set lengths without stopping the machine.
