Coil Loading & Decoiling

      Raw coils(galvanized steel/aluminum) are mounted on an uncoiler with servo tension control.
     Critical Action: Automatic coil joining for continuous feeding.

Entry Guide & Straightener:

    Straightening Rolls: A set of adjustable rollers removing coil curvature (camber) and residual stresses.

    Edge Guiding System: Ensures the strip enters the forming section centered.

Entry Beach: Put the raw material (steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process

Hydraulic Station: Oil cylinders and oil pumps adopt national standard rod oil cylinders, easy to purchase all over the world.

Roll Forming Process:

Material feeds through 28 progressive roll stands (hardened D2 tool steel).

Each stand incrementally bends the strip into target profile .

Servo system cutting: The servo motor drives the tracking system, which sets the product length by measuring the length with a counter or locating the product length with a photoelectric switch hole.
